is seeking to hire a LAN Administrator for our client in Whitehall, MI!

Shift Timings: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Description:
The LAN Administrator must be proficient in Cisco platforms. They will be responsible for supporting local area networks for multiple locations, based mainly in the US and Mexico.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Configure, manage, and support critical network devices and maintain a 99% uptime.
Troubleshooting route, switch, firewall, and wireless issues.
Provide analysis for root cause of issues with recommendations for improvements.
Understanding of IT change management processes.
Create and/or maintain current quality documentation of local area networks.
Strong customer engagement skills with excellent interpersonal and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate (verbally and written) at all levels of the business, IT, and corporate partners (vendors) effectively.
Effectively engage Level 1 (customer contact), Level 2 (initial troubleshooting and resolution).
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and supporting network solutions with Multi-platform Cisco Routers, Switches, VoIP, and CCNAEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
