Assess, design, develop, implement and evaluate training and development Programs for employees.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND
Experience:
The employee in this role should have a minimum of three years experience in a training and development role.
It is preferred the employee in this role has an associate's degree in human relations or business management.
POSITION
Qualifications:
Coaching and Development - Ability to provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge / skill areas.
Previous teaching experience preferred Experience with Moodle training platform preferred Diversity Oriented - Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.
Ethical - Ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards.
Honest / Integrity - Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace.
